How long will it take to get my purchase?

What if I don't like the product, can I send it back?

We make every effort to accurately display the available products. Each urn is unique in its construction and slight variations may occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call our toll-free support line at 1-888-876-7888 to receive a return authorization code (RAC), verify the return shipping address, and to ensure proper credit to your account. Returns must be arranged within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and must be in original packaging and in unused condition. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE. We will make every possible effort to replace damaged merchandise as quickly as possible and to handle damage claims or personalized items that were engraved with incorrect information.

How do I order an urn?

Our preference would be to process your order using our secure online ordering system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you are viewing the products, and wish to purchase, simply press the "Add to Cart" button. This process will allow you to input shipping and credit card information securely. How do I redeem a coupon?

On page 2 of our Yahoo! Store secure order form there is a box to enter your coupon code. Your discount is calculated on the final confirmation page of the order form.

How do I seal an urn?

We recommend you open the urn and place an empty plastic bag inside for the transfer of the cremated remains from the temporary container to the the new urn. Wood urns typically open via a removable wooden plate on the bottom of the product. Ceramic urns typically open from the top, simply by lifting the lid. Metal Urns usually open by a removable top or removable metal plate. If permanent sealing is desired, we recommend the use of a "clear silicon sealant" sold in a tube, that can be purchased by the customer at any hardware or home improvement store. What size urn do I need?

By design, cremation urns have different capacities referenced in cubic inches. Generally, urns are designed with interior capacities of approximately 200 cubic inches. Although there is no scientific formula to calculate capacity, a simple method is to allow for 1 cubic inch for every pound of individual that is cremated. This formula will be affected by the type of container the individual is cremated in (cardboard vs. hardwood casket) and the method in which the cremated remains are processed. If the cremated remains are returned in a cardboard or plastic temporary container that measures approximately 6" x 6" x 8", then any of the adult size urns we offer will be appropriate. Please, be advised that Memento size urns are designed for a small amount of cremated remains!
